DAVE TITCOMBE

Display Team Member

Dave Titcombe

Display Team Member

Dave has been skydiving for forty years after his sister convinced him to accompany her on a static-line jump.

She stopped; he carried on, renewing his love of adrenaline-fuelled activities when his daughter wanted to do a skydive for her 16th birthday. Thinking he’d like to be able to jump with her, Dave brushed off his skills and never looked back. He’s now qualified as a tandem instructor, AFF instructor, camera flyer, and has also competed in four-way formation skydiving.

Outside of skydiving, Dave also has a black belt in Judo, which he used to coach and managed his local Judo Club. He spent twenty-five years as a reservist with the Royal Yeomanry as a physical training Instructor, and before concentrating on Skydiving, he used to be a driving instructor, so teaching is another of his passions.

He also likes to help his wife, author Poppy Flynn, research her smutty, BDSM spanking books with a lot of practical, hands-on exploration. He’s a master at tying knots, and she says he has magic fingers. 😉

TULLIS MATSON

Display Team Member

Tullis Matson

Display Team Member

Tullis has been skydiving for over 40 years, having completed his first skydive on his 16th birthday. Since then, he has accumulated more than 1,950 skydives and over 12 BASE jumps. Much of his skydiving career has been spent as a tandem camera flyer, filming hundreds of tandem skydives and helping first-time jumpers capture one of the most memorable experiences of their lives. Tullis particularly enjoys public display and flag jumps.

Outside of skydiving, Tullis has a strong passion for wildlife conservation. He is the founder and Chair of Nature’s SAFE, a charity dedicated to preserving endangered species. Through this work, he has helped preserve genetic material from more than 400 different species. When he can combine his two passions, skydiving and conservation, he is at his happiest.

He also runs a small installation and refurbishment business alongside his professional skydiving career.

Although experienced across many disciplines, Stefan’s greatest passion is demonstration jumping. Whether performing precision displays, instructing new jumpers or capturing unforgettable moments on camera, he thrives on the combination of professionalism, precision and adrenaline that skydiving offers.

Away from the drop zone, Stefan enjoys getting stuck into DIY projects and camper van conversions, turning ideas into practical builds from the ground up.
